Ward Street Cartoons!
My name is Sean Vecchione and these drawings are a chance to explore. I set it up as a space separate from my professional storyboarding and illustration work so it could become it’s own small universe.
A lot of these thoughts are gathered from home, where my 2 little boys are discovering new concepts and asking questions about this weird world they find themselves in. They twist words into surprising phrases and non-sequiters while trying to wrap their heads around all the unexpected ideas that confront them. I hope the drawings are original and fun. If I had time, I’d animate them all.
There will always be new work going up, and I’ll have some real paintings and hopefully some fun merch in the near future, so please come back soon.
